Over the course of one month, the team member and his colleague visited three major shopping malls in Beijing’s Xicheng, Haidian, and Chaoyang districts, conducting interviews and collecting data with STEM education service providers to assess the state of STEM education institutions in the city. This fieldwork, combined with extensive online research, culminated in a detailed 147-page report that provided actionable insights into market trends, parents preferences, and competitive landscapes targeting year 3-12 children.

The final report was highly appreciated by the client for its depth and the thoroughness of its observations, analysis, and recommendations. It highlighted key opportunities for the client to position themselves strategically within the local market, identifying areas of growth and helping them fine-tune their educational offerings to better meet the needs of their target audience.

After the market research, our team member further assisted the client in procuring necessary materials for their educational programs, ensuring they had access to the right resources for their upcoming initiatives.
